Since this was a custom order for a pillow and I never gave Susan to diameter of the pillow (just length and width), the first version came out to tight. However, Susan was totally reasonable to work with me to come up with one that fit with my simply reimbursing her for the extra actual material. I appreciate her patience and persistence. And . . . the organic material is sooo soft and thick!!
